Ask us anything.
The questions careful buyers ask before paying for AI. Short answers.
Ownership and cost
Who owns what you build?
Your business. It runs on accounts in your business's name and is written up in your Handover Vault. How ownership works.
What happens if we stop working together?
It keeps running. You get a handover session and the documentation. There's nothing to unlock or migrate.
Do you mark up software?
No. Software providers bill you directly, at their price.
What will the first year cost?
You get a fixed quote before you commit: the build, monthly care and every software subscription, listed separately. See pricing.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most businesses start with one job and add more once they've seen it work.
Your data
Where is our data stored?
In the tools you already use, in your accounts. If you'd rather I host it, it runs on Australian servers.
Who can get to it?
Each job gets only the access it needs. Your AI use policy says what AI may and may not do with your information.
Does anything go into public chatbots?
No. Customer information never goes into free public AI tools.
Control and quality
Does anything reach customers without a person checking?
No. A person approves anything customers see. You decide if and when that relaxes.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It's tested on your real work before go-live, and a person checks its drafts. Mistakes are logged and fixed on your care plan.
How do you stop it making things up?
It works from your own price list, documents and records, and anything uncertain goes to a person instead of being guessed.
How do we know it's working?
I measure the starting point first, then you get a monthly report on hours saved and anything fixed.
The rules
What about spam rules for emails and texts?
Marketing emails and texts I set up only go to people who've agreed to hear from you, show your business details and include a working unsubscribe. Unsubscribes must be actioned within five working days. ACMA's rules.
What about privacy?
You get a plain-English AI use policy and a register of what's been set up, which helps you meet your Privacy Act obligations. OAIC guidance on AI. This is general information, not legal advice. How we handle your own information is in our privacy policy.
Is there work you won't take on?
Yes. Health and therapy records, NDIS case notes, financial advice, legal files, and anything that decides whether someone gets a job, a tenancy or a loan.
Support
Who do we deal with?
Saku, from the first call to the monthly check-in. No ticket queue.
How fast are problems fixed?
Within one business day.
