taikaAI for small business
How it works

How I work with your business.

Seven stages, one person the whole way. You always know what happens next, what I need from you and what you get at the end of each stage.

4 to 6 weeksfrom first call to everything running
About 6 hoursof your time across the whole build
1 personfrom the audit to the monthly check-in
  1. Stage 1: Online snapshot

    Day 0 · 2 minutesFree
    What happens

You answer three quick questions about your business and where the week goes.

    What you do

A rough guess at the hours is fine.

    What you get

The three jobs to fix first, and what the time is worth.

  2. Stage 2: Free AI assessment

    Within a week · 30 minutesFree
    What happens

We talk through your snapshot together. If AI isn't the right fix for your problem, I'll tell you.

    What you do

Bring the one job you'd most like gone.

    What you get

A straight answer on whether a Deep Audit is worth your money.

  3. Stage 3: Deep Audit

Week 1 · 5 business daysFee credited to your set-up
    What happens

A 60 to 90 minute interview, then read-only access to your main tools to see how work really moves through the business.

    What you do

One interview, plus read-only logins for email, accounts and your CRM or job system.

    What you get

A written report: workflow map, opportunity matrix, 90-day roadmap and a fixed-price quote.

  4. Stage 4: Foundations

Week 2 · 1 to 2 daysPart of the build
    What happens

Accounts are set up in your business's name, each agent gets only the access it needs, and your AI use policy is written.

    What you do

Approve the accounts and put the subscriptions on your card. About an hour.

    What you get

Company-owned accounts, an AI use policy and your Handover Vault, started.

  5. Stage 5: Set up and test

    Weeks 2 to 4Fixed price
    What happens

Each job is set up one at a time in your accounts, then tested on real work: it drafts, a person checks, nothing reaches customers.

    What you do

Look over a handful of shadow-mode drafts and tell me what's off. About two hours.

    What you get

Everything checked against your real work before anyone relies on it.

  6. Stage 6: Go live with your team

    Weeks 4 to 6Included
    What happens

Each one goes live with approval steps switched on. Your team gets a short walkthrough and knows exactly who to call.

    What you do

Give your team 30 minutes per job for the walkthrough.

    What you get

Working systems, a team that knows how to use them, and everything documented.

  7. Stage 7: Look after and improve

    Every monthMonthly care
    What happens

I keep an eye on everything, fix problems within one business day and tune them as your business changes. Approvals are relaxed only when you're ready.

    What you do

A short monthly check-in, or just read the report.

    What you get

A monthly report on hours saved, issues fixed and what to build next.

  8. If we ever part ways

Any time after the first three months

Everything keeps running in your accounts. You get a handover session and your Handover Vault, and there's nothing to unlock or migrate.
